Calpeda Centrifugul Pump NM, NMS Range

Construction:

Close coupled Calpeda centrifugal pumps – electric motors with extended shaft directly connected to the pump up to 22.0kw, new bracket construction for standard motors (stub shaft construction) from 30.0kw to 75.0kw with integrated thrust bearing.

Applications:

For clean liquids without abrasives, which are non aggressive for pump materials (solids up to 0.2%). For water supply. Heating, air conditioning, cooling and circulation plants. Civil and industrial applications.Irrigation and fire fighting applications.

Operating Conditions:

Liquid temp -10 C to 90C, ambient up to 40C, Suction lift 7m, max permissible working pressure up to 10 bar.

Calpeda In-line Centrifugul Pump NR, NR4 Range

Construction:

Close coupled, single impeller, Calpeda centrifugal pumps, electric motors with an extended shaft driectly coupled to the pump. Pump casing with suction and delivery connections with the same diameter and the same axis (in-line)

Applications:

For clean liquids without abrasives, which are non aggressive for pump materials (solids up to 0.2%). For heating, conditioning, cooling and circulation plants. For civil and industrial applications – when low noise operation is required.

Operating Conditions:

Liquid temp -10 C to 90C, ambient up to 40C, Suction lift 7m, max permissible working pressure up to 10 bar. Continuous duty.

Calpeda Vertical Multi-Stage Pump MXV-B MXV

Vertical multi-stage close coupled and inline pumps.

Construction:

MXV -B Vertical multi-stage close coupled pumps with suction and delivery connections of the same diameter and arranged along the same axis. All parts come into contact with the liquid, including well-end covers, are in chrome nickel stainless steel with corrosion resistant bearing sleeves lubricated by the pumped liquid.

MXV Vertical multi-stage pumps with suction and delivery connections of the same diameter and arranged along the same axis (in-line). Corrosion resistant bearing sleeves lubricated by the pumped liquid. A pump with the thrust bearing and sleeve coupling for use of any standard motor with V1 mounting.

Applications:

For water supply systems. for clean non explosive liquids, without solid, filamentary or abrashive matter (with adaption of sealing materials on request). A universal pump for civil and industrial use, for pressure boosting systems, fire extinguishing systems, high pressure washing plants, irrigation, agricultural uses and sport installations.

Operating Conditions:

MXV-B Liquid temp -15 C to +90C, ambient up to 40C, max permissible working pressure up to 16 bar.

MXV Liquid temp -15 C to +110C, ambient up to 40C, max permissible working pressure up to 25 bar.

Calpeda Horizontal Multi-Stage Pump MXH Stainless Steel

Construction:

Horizontal multi-stage close coupled pumps in chrome nickel stainless steel. Compact and robust construction, without protruding flange and with single piece lantern bracket and base. Single piece barrel casing, with front suction port above pumps axis and radial delivery at the top. filling and draining plugs on the middle of the pump, accessible from any side.

Applications:

For water supply. For clean liquids, without abrasives, which are non-aggressive for stainless steel (with suitable seal materials, on request). Universal pump, for domestic use, for civil and industrial applications, for garden use and irrigation.

Operating Conditions:

Liquid temp -15 C to +110C, ambient up to 40C, Suction lift 7m, max permissible working pressure up to 8 bar. Continuous duty.
